Cancellation Policy

At Amity because our class sizes are small and can fill quickly we have the following Cancellation Policy which all clients must be adhere to:

• Once a booking is confirmed, if less than 24 hours notice is given, a FULL FEE will be payable. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise but we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients therefore NO exceptions will be made.

• Discounted Bulk Clinical Pilates Packages are available to assist with your ongoing commitment to your rehabilitation - should less than 24 hour notice of cancellation / reschedule for a group class be advised, then we will deduct a class from your package. Thank you for your understanding.

• Bulk Pilates packages to be used within 12 weeks

Payment Policy

Payment is due on the day of your Physiotherapy session or Clinical Pilates class.

Private health insurance rebates apply to all services offered according to your fund’s policy.

Assistance with Funding – you may be eligible for assistance with physiotherapy funding under the Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Program which entitles you to 5 supplemented physiotherapy sessions per calendar year. There is a small gap fee payable after the $56.00 EPC rebate. Please ask your doctor to arrange an EPC referral for Physiotherapy and they will advise you if you meet the criteria for this assistance.
