FOUNDATION PILATES

A lovely slow flow class, to progress from your rehabilitation phase, or for those who are new to pilates - everyone can benefit from a foundation class with a strong focus on building postural awareness, spinal alignment and correcting movement patterns to ensure you are building your Pilates foundational strength with all the correct elements.

REFORMER FLOW

A reformer based class that will see you ‘flow’ from one exercise to the next under the instruction of your attentive teacher. Isolating those stubborn muscle groups, to ensure you feel that lovely “burn”, all while coordinating your breath with your movement. This challenging class will leave you feeling connected and energised.

MUMS and BUBS

Our lovely mummas can have some special time to focus on their bodies in this class, allowing for a gentle, low impact strength building class that includes elements of pilates and yoga. Our mums & bubs classes are a great way to meet other mums in a fun and fulfilling way.
Whilst we love toddlers, we ask that babies participating in this class are between the ages of six weeks to twelve months old.
During the class, your babies can either remain in their prams, capsule, or on their own play mat/baby lounger next to your mat or they can join in!
We limit our classes to five women so that you can reach your full potential and get the most out of your special class!

Please note - Your 6 week post natal check with your GP is essential prior to commencing this class.

BARRE

A traditional barre class designed to fuse elements of Pilates and Ballet. Dynamic in nature and sure to strengthen and tone the entire body, with a combination of standing barre work and floor based exercises incorporating small equipment. You will feel the burn!
